View log #3

A screen to show log files is necessary.

Now, if something fails, the user won't know what's going on and how to solve it.

It shows log for "start", "stop", "update", "package" on the operations page.

I'll create a new page for log of the other types like access.log etc.

Created a new page and implemented the functionality. The design needs to be improved.
