add localization for pt/pt
add a section on localization in the readme
improve readme (sign the project and add to the ribbon)

Besides the folders you have in English, I added the Archive folder (only in Portuguese). For me, this makes sense because it is also a default folder, and if someone wants to move an e-mail to that folder, they already have a shortcut provided by Outlook. I didn't add the "Auto Replies" folder because I couldn't find it, so I don't know how it is in Portuguese (the names may not be the direct translation).
