Air dump valve affecting the brakes #10

Currently the air dump valve does not have any effect on the partially-finished braking system. A solution to this needs to be developed eventually, so I am making this issue so I don't forget.

I ended up removing the air dump valve in the name of simplicity. I may add it back later, but it is not a high priority feature at the moment.
