Migrate/upload images for all posts #1

This involves a couple of things:

  1. For TGB, copying over all attachments to static/images and fixing img links in posts.
  2. For Kartik Scribbles..., downloading all attachments and doing same as 1.
  3. At places, I have WP-specific gallery, need to come up with a good way to correct presentation for those posts.
