G Drive - Not Processing video. 100%/99% loop

I managed to get a one second 5fps clip working. I bought the Colab premium to see if that was my issue. I thought it was.

I then successfully got the clip back. Making me think maybe this software is really more suitable for short videos. Not a full media Upscaling project.

Is this an MKV/MP4 problem? Maybe the fact I encoded it in H.265 on Handbrake??

Many factors I will continue to test. I like handbrake though so a solution here would be beneficial if we have experimented with that specific workflow.
