The repo is kind of a mess and I feel like we should make some rules. For example some directories are all-lowercase and some are mixed (looking at you, Java!). In Windows this is not a big of a deal but for Linux that is an issue. We should decide on one naming standard. Also using underscores (_) or dashes (-)... I think we should name directories with dashes and files with underscores. Feel free to discuss!
