ISO compliant CI/CD #21

Disclaimer: this is not actually a k8s topic, more of a general devops/SRE topic.

Many larger organizations need to comply with various norms, like ISO 9001 change and release management processes. Those are often implemented with heavy processes, and seen as anti agile/devops.

I want to show this doesn't have to be the case, and present some ideas on how to make a software development workflow with CI/CD standards compliant, with the minimal amount of process overhead.

@moritz the meetup is CNCF, the first step for cloud native applications is having a CI\CD pipeline. We welcome these kind of talks, and had a few already on this matter.
