Website doesn't show recent versions of cert-manager #55

I've recently merged 2 new versions of cert-manager and neither of them show up on operatorhub.io

There is a failed CI build when the last one got merged:

Stable: Should be 1.12.2

Candidate: Should be 1.12.2

/kind bug

@wallrj: The label(s) kind/bug cannot be applied, because the repository doesn't have them.
