Consider new option : ProxmoxMachine from vm template #18

One of the main feature of CAPP is that user can use any OS image and not need to prepare vm template beforehand. However it might be worth to provide a vm template solution as an alternative option.

+1 would be also helpful for air-gapped installations and would properly speed up the whole cluster bootstraping.
