The process of standardizing infiniband GUID as CNI runtime config parameter has been complete.
PR https://github.com/Mellanox/ib-kubernetes/pull/70 was the last missing piece. We should consider deprecating "guid" CNI config so that only infinibandGUID CNI runtime config is used.
