Update cni ver #87

@SchSeba for this one i did some cleanup and updated supported cni versions

however i did not bump github.com/containernetworking/cni to 1.2.0 as there was no need to do so. doing so would require to implement additional functions as well (if we comply with cni spec 1.1.0) like SATUS and GC.

CI failure does not seem related. i have tested the change on my setup and it works as expected
