It contains following items:

cleanup build (add local build than docker, but vendor is required will be seen later PR)
change install process (from installer binary to shell script)
change travis CI pipeline to put snapshot container image to dockerhub
adds namespace isolation functionality by disallowing pod annotations to refer to external namespaces

CI build is failed due to missing vendor directory, not a problem. As we talked at NPWG meeting, to simplify we remove vendoring commit hence build is failed.

Once we add vendoring, build will succeed.
