weird go dep works locally with the same version of go that here it fails https://prow.ci.kubevirt.io/view/gs/kubevirt-prow/pr-logs/pull/k8snetworkplumbingwg_ovs-cni/300/pull-e2e-ovs-cni-0.26/1729422672934211584

closing for now as this isn't that important release if needed we will fix it later on the previous PR it didnt happen (as it was merged)
