Managed vs. unmanaged Interfaces/VFs? #174

Does the SR-IOV CNI work with interfaces/VFs that are both managed by NetworkManager and unmanaged? Or, is one expected to always set the interfaces/VFs as unmanaged - even when using kernel drivers?

It works also with managed interfaces. Not sure what was wrong before. Closing this.
