Adding the priorityClassName #5

.What this PR does / why we need it: Add a priority class name to ensure that it is always available on each node.

@vkhater there isn't any pipeline to build helm package yet. To make this change visible to helm install, please run:

helm package . -d ./docs

to create helm package in ./docs folder (Without changing a version)
