What is missing? Configuration of K8ssandra certificate to allow access from third-party pods in the same cluster.

Why do we need it? I would like to customize the ca certificates to allow my CQLSH job access to Stargate in the same k8 cluster.

Environment K8ssandra Operator version: latest

This issue is very useful for the new JWT feature (#558), as the JWKS might be in the same cluster.

I suggest the underlying strategy to utilize ingress-shims
