It's just a running total of the month's sales for that project manager. At the moment, I don't think it needs to be searchable, historical, etc. Just a big, fat number that resets at the beginning of each calendar month. I want it to stare them in the face that they need to manager $30,000 worth of jobs each month, and at the moment they have only sold $8,000.
