the jobs search bar is rendered on both My Jobs and All Jobs pages, GUS 1.0 calls for redesign of this component

@benjanders does this also include re-styling of the search results? (dropdown list when matches are returned)

I did change the text/copy displayed in the search results, but not the styling. Although, it is an option to make the results easier for the human eye to digest.
