Pixture server changes #17

Hi Kaadmy,

Those are my little changes to the pixture server subgame. IDK if you are interested in them for the pixture subgame or not, so feel free to merge whatever you want of course :)

The last commit solves the player animation bug.

All these changes are very welcome, except the welcome mod. I don't want the MOTD/welcome to have stuff unrelated to Pixture, as it only applies to one server.
