Fixed volume setting should be more accessible #739

Request from Google Play:

Missing some more accessible functions such as the fixed volume check mark that you have to look for in the settings. Why not, put it in the small window of the volume that appears when you change it. ? ....

This is available in version 2.2.8, which is now on Google Play.
