Implement common bluetooth commands #748

This could also solve potentially #742. Adds bluetooth commands for play/pause/prev/next as a side effect also enables volume control from bluetooth.

Tested on a Pebble that is connected via bluetooth

I also tried playback in the car using Squeezeplayer and Squeezer and Squeezeplayer connected to my LMS via Wireguard. While the playback, works, control doesn't.

Is there any way I can debug this, I don't have a watch with music controls via Bluetooth?

I'm not a programmer, but I'd still like to control music playback from the steering wheel. So I forked this project, but after doing some searching I found it was beyond my capabilities. The only code that I find is close is this link below.
