Can't specify timestamp in the footer of message attachments #3

Need more investigation.

I still have a difficulty to handle time stamp in the footer. I am wondering if Mattermost is capable to time zone in the footer.

Maybe this is relevant. It is stated In the known Issues section that (https://docs.mattermost.com/developer/message-attachments.html)

The footer timestamp field (ts) is not yet supported
