Creation of the Poker Page

• Poker Page includes the tasks in Jira. -- Pulling task data from Jira.

• Poker Page includes guidelines and definitions of some terminology.

• Session creator can see the given points.

• After session creator finishes the evaluation, everybody can see the given points.

• Points is shown in ascendingly sorted order and in a dashboard.

• The Min and Max story points should be shown with emphasis.

• Users will have the option to select a '?' instead of assigning a numerical point when they are uncertain about the task's difficulty in the backlog. Question marks will be excluded from the calculation of average point.

• Calculation of the averaging will be in a weighted way. ( for ex: if 3 people gave 8 points, 8 will have the weight of 3, instead of 1.)
