First names and surnames as separate entries #2

First names and surnames should be separate entries so as to make them atomic. Rarely do I ever scan a full name.

That said, I do see cases where scanning a full name is ideal, so maybe you could have separate entries as well as full names. For example having the entries「渥海ヒナ」、「渥海」and「ヒナ」。
