Fix throw skill to pierce immunity

In G.skills.throw, the throw skill is documented at piercing immunity. This makes that true.

Is there a failure message for target_immune instead? I think invincible is a GM feature, where you can make your character invincible.

I feel it is important the response distinguishes between thoose two states.
