Utterances Commenting System #115

How do I add the Utterances commenting plugin to the Hugo-goa theme? I've added the html file in the folder structure but I don't know how to reference it in the config.toml file, can you help?

@bocciaman Is this still an issue. I'm not an expert in that commenting plugin.
