Generate a site with documentation of the hints #62

https://github.com/kaaveland/eugene/tree/main/examples has markdown files of "good" vs "bad" for all the migration patterns in eugene. We should use those to generate a site with hugo or something similar, that has a page listing all the hints known by eugene, and links to the various reports, that contain the good + bad migration patterns. I think that such a page of examples might be useful in itself.
