This is a duplicate issue regarding the ordering of parameters.

As covered in Elder Scroll's UG, under notes about the command format:

This is reiterated under the find command section:

The user guide: "combining filters" section conveys that both

find --paired David and find david --paired

are supported command formats for convenience and ease of use.

Both commands are valid, and there is no mismatch between the two.

As this is the expected and correct behavior, the label of response.Rejected is applied.
