Edit befriendee and volunteer to have the same emails

I can edit the volunteer to have the same email as the befriendee

Firstly, our UG does not state that emails must be unique, thus it should not be considered a functionality bug but rather a feature flaw.

Additionally, although it may be ideal for all contacts to have unique email addresses, this may not always be possible, especially for 2 befriendee elderly who may be staying in the same living space. They could be sharing a PC and an email account, similar to sharing a home phone number, thus it should be possible for contacts to have the same email address as another contact. Thus we feel that this issue is not valid, as there can be valid use cases for contacts with the same email.

Reason for disagreement: However, I don't think its possible for a volunteer and befriendee to have the same email address as it is quite unlikely that they're living in the same area. So I believe there is a feature flaw in this case as although two befriendees can have the same email address, a volunteer and befriendee could possibly not have the same email address.
