As specified in the UG:

Order parameters specified does not matter:

This is reiterated in the find section:

The order in which filters are provided does not matter. The names are given in the correct command format. Additionally, the UG also adds further clarification that name filters can be provided multiple times:

What tester treated as a bug is in fact the expected and correct behavior. Hence, bug report reported as rejected.
