[Feature Request]: Hi-res fix for text2video #101

Is there an existing issue for this?

What would your feature do ?

Using text2video at low resolution and then upscaling it with vid2vid proved effective by a Deforum Discord server member cerspense to increase the video quality and remove watermarks.

This way it is an equivalent of sd-webui's Hi-res fix

Proposed workflow

  1. Go to text2video
  2. Press 'Hi-res fix'
  3. The video is generated as text2video firstly at low resolution and then is processed by vid2vid to the higher res
