[Bug]: The same seed generate different video every time with vid2vid

• [X] I have the modelscope text2video extension updated to the lastest version and I still have the issue.

What happened?

Hi, is it normal that the same seed creates a different video every time with vid2vid even if I don't change the settings? Thanks.
