Spring-boot2 collection needs to be update to be same as in 0.3.3 release #207

The spring-boot2 stack in 0.4.0 needs to be updated to match the level that has been recently updated in 0.3.3, ie to use RHR base images.

The latest appsody build process may not be able to be included in the 0.4.0 release, so any potential stack chnages to use templating etc will not be able to be used within the stack. We therefore need the spring-boot2 stack setup the same as in the 0.3.3 release. We can then modify the stack once the build process has been modified.
