Deprecate the java-microprofile stack in favor of the java-openliberty stack

@ManasiGandhi, here are my suggestions for the Docs pages:

Installing Kabanero

• An equivalent sample-java-openliberty repo exists, so I think you can go ahead and change all the instances and it should be ok. In the PR you should ask Tim Kazynski to review, just incase.

  Alternative namespace

• straight swap for java-openliberty

  Kabanero CLI

• I suggest removing java-microprofile from the first 2 system outputs and replace with 1 line java-openliberty 0.2.3

• For the 3rd output showing (obsolete), just remove the instances for 0.2.19 (2 places) and add java-openliberty 0.2.3 instead

• Switch the next instance (added) to java-openliberty 0.2.3

• Leave the one that says (deleted)

• Last one, replace with java-openliberty 0.2.3 (2 places)

  Stack CR config

• We need @kaczyns or someone in SVT maybe to provide replacement outputs, as per PR.

@dewan-ahmed - I took a look at the Jenkins integration guide but I am not so comfortable making the changes to replace java-microprofile with java-openliberty in case the working example gets broken. Please can you take a look and let me know if the changes can be made ... or maybe raise a PR for us? Thanks

There is value in the Jenkins and Tekton Integration guide. We should update it to use java-openliberty stack.
