Add link to matching pipeline in the openshift UI #50

Based on feedback during the June 5 playback of the Event Operator, add a link to where the pipeline from the OpenShift UI can be viewed (ie, how will users see/find the pipelines AFTER the Tekton Dashboard UI is withdrawn?).

Note issue opened in kabanero/pipelines... this may be where the issue should be solutioned from: https://github.com/kabanero-io/kabanero-pipelines/issues/406.
