Onboard command Tekton dashboard link is not correct #187

When using Kabanero CLI onboard, it is supposed to return URL of Tekton Dashboard but it is returning Listener URL.

./kabanero onboard <git-id>
Please go to the tekton dashboard at https://el-tekton-webhooks-eventlistener-tekton-pipelines.<url> in your browser and manually configure the webhook for gituser: <userid>
