Bug: kabanero uninstall does not remove knative-serving namespace #182

After running the uninstall.sh script for kabanero 0.6.0 I see that knative-serving namespace/project is still there. I have to manually remove it.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install kabanero 0.6.0
  2. Run the uninstall script
  3. Look at all the projects and you will see knative-serving listed there
