Feature request to add a list of installed software and their versions #162

Feature description

When users need community support sometimes it helps if they just had a quick debug file to hand over to the community.

For the initial feature this debug file can just be a list of all the installed components (such as operators) and their version numbers. The idea is this information would appear in a downloadable file after they click an information request button. This button can be labeled anything need to talk about what to call it.

Would be good if we can do this via CLI / CLI-service as well. Perhaps we need an epic... For now i opened https://github.com/kabanero-io/kabanero-command-line/issues/184
