Appsody must run ON RHOCP 4.x on Power. It is not expected that we will do cross-machine architecture development sometime in the future. Appsody runs in the pipelines on Power, on CodeReady deployed on Power, or via a remote build

The expectation is that Kabanero is 100% compatible with Kabanero on x86.

@stephenkinder - Is this going into v0.3. The Epic associated with it does not show release v0.3.

@marikaj123 I think you mean 0.3.0 IMO, v3 would refer to 3.0.0
