Loss of CMD-Q #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Launch OE 1.0.3
2. vi info.xml
3. Back to OE, type Cmd-Q, Save, then you get a warning than the config
changed, if you "cancel", then from that point forward CMD-Q just puts
a Q in the screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

CMD-Q should quit.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.0.3

Please provide any additional information below.

No.

I have not been able to replicate this under Mac OS X 10.7.4.

Can you provide more information, in particular to what you mean that CMD+Q
prints a Q? Is the mouse cursor still visible? Does pressing CTRL+ALT change
this? Does CMD+Q work after this?

I have tested this in stock 10.6.8 without any other software installed, and I
have been unable to reproduce the error
