Disk operations #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Boot II plus with DOS 3.3.
2. Delete or create a file.
3. Quit OE and restart again.
4. File operations are cancelled.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
File/Disk operations should update disk image immediately.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.3

Once deleted MKTONE.ASM.OBJ0 was reborn.

When closing the emulator, the Document object wasn't dealloced so the 
OEEmulation object wasn't destroyed.
