What steps will reproduce the problem?

There might be an area where you could improve the emulation. I haven't 
tried it on a real machine yet, but I have tried it on different emulators 
with different results (one emulator crashed!). 

Go to the Monitor and type FFFDG 

You'll execute some ROM code and the PC should roll over back to zero. 

One some emulated II Plus machines, I get some spurious characters and 
return to Applesoft. On others, including OE, I get dumped back to the 
Monitor.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Apparently returning to BASIC.
