fix publish, add manifest #15

i added new 2 devices, Xiaomi Humidity/Temp sensor and Xiaomi Water Leak sensor. Also device will be added not only from bridge topic but from frendly_name topic as well (if device is not registered yet)

I'm not sure if you still want this to be merged? The addon has changed quite a lot.
