Unable to Play Any Amazon Videos

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start any video and it fails almost immediately
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to play video.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Unsure, but it was just downloaded on 6/24/12 for ATV2.

Please provide any additional information below.
I am able to access my Prime account and see watchlist, etc.

did you enter your credentials? 

It has to be able to log into your prime account.

Yes and I was able to login into my prime account, but all videos failed when 
played.

upgrade your atv2 librtmp.
