TIPP: Provide a recommendation for the ObjectFile/Type field

Right now this field is just an open-ended text field.  We should at least 
provide a recommendation in the spec about what sort of values should be used.

MIME information is ideal, but many localization-related file formats do not 
have assigned mime types.  One possibility would be to use MIME types, but to 
recommend unofficial names (using "x-") for things that have no assigned type.

Alternately, we could bail on this completely and either remove the "type" 
element (leaving it entirely up to the implementation to determine the type 
from the file and its name/suffix), or just let people put whatever they want 
in there (in which case it's not doing much good).
