Syntax::Keyword::Try clarifications #21

For http://mvp.kablamo.org/cpan/exceptions/

Syntax::Keyword::Try requires perl 5.14, not 5.16. And you could note that it only requires 5.22 for Windows because of a bug. (Hard to find the subset of "people who want to use SKT on Perl < 5.22 on Windows" and "people who understand that bug" :)
