Angularls doesn't works at all

Inputs:

• Bootstrapped Angular project with ng
• Added to tsconfig.json:

  "angularCompilerOptions": {
  "strictTemplates": true
  },
  "plugins": [
  {"name": "@angular/language-service"}
  ]

Desired behaviour: Autocomletion on html-directives and interpolation in templates

Result: Angularls doesn't attached to buffer and autocompletion doesn't works.
