Add Post Scheduling #43

Is this a possibility? It's the missing featuring which is preventing me from moving to ghost at the moment, but I'm more interested in using a Go based blog than a Node.js based one.

Hey harveynick, this is a feature every mature CMS should have imo. I'll try to add it with the feature to change publication dates (see #31 ). Great suggestion!

Also awesome would be a tumblr style queue which you could just throw posts into and have them auto-publish x times a day, or every Monday/Wednesday/Friday, etc. That's more of a "nice to have", though.
