trparse: Update values of the --type parameter #437

Hi! I've found a few inconsistencies between the listed values of the --type parameter and what the trparse command actually understands. Also, it looks like the tool has dropped support for ISO EBNF and gained support for Rex, so I've updated the readme to reflect this. Let me know if anything needs further fixing. Thanks!
