Talkback with Chrome. Focus event not sent when user touches a link. #415

Device: HTC One
Android version: 4.4.3
Chrome version: 39.0.2171.93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. With tTalkback on open Chrome
2. Touch to explore a link.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Link is spoken, but the web page isn't set a focus event for the link.

This is inconsistent with iPhone's VoicOver, which does send a focus event when 
the user touches a link.  We have an application that uses the focus event to 
make some UI changes to enhance usability, and we need the event for our 
webpage to be fully accessible.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest Talkback on Android.
